No. We do not have any minimums for the work done for your company or any binding contractual minimums. We charge by the hour only for work done for your company, or for recurring monthly service agreements.
How are services billed?
Services by TechMayer are invoiced monthly. Billing is based on monthly recurring services and/or hourly rates depending on the type of work requested. Contact us to get a quote on your specific business needs.

Does TechMayer offer remote monitoring and backup services?
Yes, TechMayer has monthly subscription services available to ensure your workstations and servers have secured offsite backup, antivirus, security updates, and proactive remote monitoring.
How is remote service provided?
TechMayer will install remote access software on your workstations and servers that allow your employees to request and accept remote assistance. A TechMayer technician will share control of your workstation to address the request.
